My name is John Hallaran and I’m the owner of JH Mechanical Stove & Chimney, Inc. I have been in the Chimney and Stove Industry for ten years.
The National Fire Institute (NFI) certifies my company on stove installation, service, cleaning. Planning and installing fireplaces, stoves and their venting systems requires experience, technical knowledge and skill.
We have received the highest level of certification as Gas, Wood Burning, and Pellet Specialists earning us the title Master Hearth Specialists. We are relied upon by the major builders in the Adirondacks and surrounding counties, and we install for The Stovery and Cozy Cabin.
We have a commitment to training and state of the art technology. As part of our commitment to ensure your protection, we have invested in a Level II internal inspection camera. The National Fire Safety standard requires that a Level II Internal Chimney Inspection be conducted whenever a house is bought or sold, (NFPA 211). Home inspectors cannot see inside the chimney to verify integrity. Until now, we were unable to assist our homeowners in this area.
